The staff did a great job of keeping guests safe and secure as Helene hit the area full force. There was still coffee and a hot breakfast, and I watched staff members scurry to make sure things were working as well as possible under the circumstances.

Heather was the bomb.com. Expedia screwed me over and I was out a room. I got very ugly with her and she remained professional. I apologized and cried later in the evening when I spoke with her and she was a true champ
